Burress not a "repeat offender"; unclear on possible suspension

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league has not yet taken action against Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress after his self-shooting because Burress is not quite in the category of former Titans and Cowboys cornerback Adam Jones and ex-Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry.

Goodell suspended Jones and Henry, both repeat offenders, in 2007 once charges were filed against them. Continue
