What is Justin Tuck's level of optimism that the Giants will cast aside their losing ways and actually make a run at the playoffs?
"Give me a scale," Tuck requested yesterday.

"Eleven," Tuck replied.

"Call me ignorant and foolish, but that's the only way I know how to approach things," Tuck explained.
Tuck and the rest of the struggling Giants have been called much worse as this season has gone downhill, with the most abusive comments served up after the 26-6 Thanksgiving night beat-down by the Broncos. It was such a thoroughly disinterested and inept performance -- and also the fifth loss in the past six games -- that it makes it difficult to fathom the Giants winning one more game, much less the four victories required in the last five games to give them a reasonable chance at admission into the postseason.
